Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum or Isolate? A Simple Hemp Guide

Full spectrum, broad spectrum and isolate describe what remains in a hemp extract after processing. They are composition terms, not promises about strength or results.
Full-spectrum hemp extract
Full-spectrum products retain a range of hemp compounds, including cannabinoids and terpenes. They may contain legally permitted trace amounts of THC. Review the label and lab report if THC exposure matters to you.
Broad-spectrum hemp extract
Broad-spectrum products contain multiple hemp compounds but are generally processed to remove THC. Because manufacturing methods vary, the current lab report is still the best place to confirm what was detected.
Cannabinoid isolate
An isolate contains one purified cannabinoid, such as CBD. It offers a narrower ingredient profile, although the finished product may still include carrier oils, flavors or other ingredients.
Which should you choose?
Begin with your preference for composition, format and serving clarity. Then compare the physical label with a matching Certificate of Analysis. More compounds or a larger number on the bottle does not automatically mean a better fit.
Keep the decision focused
The Everyday Balance collection provides a small starting set for comparing measured cannabinoid formats. Use the product details to understand ingredients and options before purchasing.
Hemp products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Individual responses vary.
