Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

Delivery and Tracking
Delivery estimates appear at checkout and may vary by destination or carrier. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Address Coverage
We ship to eligible U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses when supported by the selected carrier.

Returns
You may return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from an incorrect, defective or damaged item.

Exchanges
