Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for over-the-phone orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

MEL CBD ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s).


The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MEL CBD is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost & Damaged Shipments


MEL CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.


Please confirm that the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.

If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



We offer fast and free shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.


You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return results from our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item and shipping costs.


If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If, for any reason, you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please get in touch with us at and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
