Terms of Service for LabelGenie AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LabelGenie AI (the "Service"), located at label-ginny.firebaseapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using LabelGenie AI, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts and Security

• Authentication: Access to the Service requires a Google Account via OAuth.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Use of AI and Accuracy of Information

• AI-Generated Content: LabelGenie AI utilizes generative artificial intelligence to process data and generate labels. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated output may contain errors.

• User Verification: You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to verify the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any label, text, or data produced by the Service before using it for commercial, medical, or regulatory purposes.

• No Warranty: We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your specific regulatory requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.

• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive product labels.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided data), is and will remain the exclusive property of LabelGenie AI and its licensors.

• Your Content: You retain all rights to the data you upload (e.g., COAs). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelGenie AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the AI-generated outputs. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
