Suggested use and dosage
Start with a low dose of 10-20mg daily (5-10mg twice daily). Be patient, and do not expect results right away. Give it up to 2-4 weeks to notice the results. After five days, if there are no results, we recommend increasing your dose slowly, every two to three days, and only 5-10mg at a time.
